Social order that pleases God includes respecting the body of women and men as well as respecting the life of all men - avoiding sexual abuses of all kinds and avoiding murder.
God wants Christ-followers to hold one another accountable for their behavior - and to confront properly (2 or 3 witnesses) those who sin and attempt to 'get by with it.'
A society would do well to allow military deferments for a season to certain ones, but exclude from military service those who are full of fear and anxiety as such will spread through the troops and spoil the heart and mind of many.
